New Arrow 2.5 and The Flash: Season Zero announced as digital comics.

The Arrow series promises to fill in gaps between the second and third seasons of the TV show, while The Flash will be set between the pilot and second episode of the new CW program. READ MORE on Digital Spy.

And Titan has declared July 26th Doctor Who Day to coincide with the release of the new titles. Full details are set to be released this coming week, but fans will have the chance to celebrate everything Doctor Who in stores and at shows in the U.S.A, Canada, U.K. Australia and New Zealand.

Season 3 of Arrow is getting closer and now the show has its first official Synopsis. A few major spoilers and intriugiung details were revealed, including the fate of a major character and even something for the Olicity fans. READ MORE at CBM (ComicBookMovie)

Former “Tomorrow People” star Robbie Amell (and cousin to Arrow’s Stephen Amell) will be
joining the cast of The Flash in a recurring role as Ronnie Raymond – one half of Firestorm. You can read more in-depth details on Ronnie and his connection to S.T.A.R. Labs over at The Hollywood Reporter.

After playing Superman and voicing Batman, Brandon Routh is now set to play another DC character in Arrow this season. Routh will be playing Ray Palmer, a scientist, inventor and reportedly the new owner of Queen Consolidated. In the DC comic world, Ray is also The Atom. Deadline has reported he will be in 14 episodes and may be a love interest for Felicity. READ MORE.

The world of Doctor Who has been in chaos this week after 6 scripts from the new series accidentally leaked online. Now Peter Capaldi’s first episode has leaked online some 6 weeks before the air-date. Visual effects are missing from the episode, but its believed to be the episode in its entirety.

Meanwhile the first official photo from new season has been released, with The Doctor and Clara appearing to be in the Victorian era.


Season 8 of Doctor Who premieres August 23rd with the feature length episode called Deep Breath.

And the newest person to join the Doctor Who family is comedian, actor and broadcaster Sanjeev Bhaskar. He joins a long list of guest actors already announced, including Michelle Gomez, Frank Skinner and Hermione Norris. READ MORE.

Constantine has already claimed its first victim, with Lucy Griffiths said to have left the upcomiong NBC drama based on the Hellblazer comics which is set to premiere on October 8th. READ MORE.

Orphan Black gets renewed for a third season, returning to TV in Spring of 2015.

Courtney Love is the latest addition to Sons Of Anarchy alongside Marilyn Manson for the seventh season. Walton Goggins will also be returning as Venus Van Dam.


Marvel release a new extended trailer for Guardians Of The Galaxy. It is set to be released August 1st. READ MORE.


The original 1979 cast of Alien is set to reunite in the Alien: Isolation video game. The cast will recreate characters voices for the additional missions in the game. READ MORE.
